Doodle – Loathe the string of emails that happens when trying to find a time to meet with people? We love Doodle for simple scheduling.
Hootsuite – A community manager’s best friend. The free version can get you by and the pro version isn’t ridiculously expensive. Great for monitoring your social media networks, scheduling tweets and posts in advance, measurement tools and more.
Public Health and Social Media 
I use the free version of Hootsuite as a dashboard and to schedule tweets. That’s pretty vanilla – looking forward to seeing what others use too!
Hey Jill! Vanilla is classic 🙂 That’s what I started off using personally and professionally. I had played with Tweetdeck but found it was hard to keep up to date because it was running on Adobe Air which I didn’t have support for. I also liked the scheduler better and @hootsuitehelp is amazingly useful. Corey and I played with SocialBro when it first came out…while I find it useful, the dashboard is a bit overwhelming for me. Post-Twitter events, I use Tweetreports. Have you ever tried Crowdbooster?
For scheduling I love doodle! So easy and so much better than emailing back and forth….
